These terms govern your use of LearnBeside and its parent and child learning experiences.

Adult-managed accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create and manage a LearnBeside account. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child's use of Child Mode and for all activity under their account.
Educational guidance
LearnBeside provides AI-assisted educational guidance. It does not replace a teacher, school, tutor, or professional advice. AI can make mistakes, so a parent or guardian should review important answers and explanations before relying on them.
Free public beta
LearnBeside is currently available as a free public beta. No credit card is required. Beta access, limits, and available features may change as we learn from families, but no payment will be taken unless paid plans are clearly introduced in the future and you actively choose one.
Beta feedback
You may send feedback, suggestions, and problem reports to help improve LearnBeside. We may use that feedback to develop the service without owing compensation, while your personal and family data remain governed by our Privacy Policy.
No current charges
Because the public beta is free, there are currently no subscription charges to cancel or refund. See our Refund Policy for the current beta billing status.
Acceptable use
You may use LearnBeside only for lawful personal or family educational purposes. You may not abuse the service, interfere with security, upload unlawful or infringing content, scrape the service, or use it to build a competing dataset or product.
Availability and changes
We work to keep LearnBeside available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI output. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary and will provide notice of material changes when appropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnBeside is provided “as is” without warranties of guaranteed academic outcomes. LearnBeside will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
