LearnBeside is currently in free public beta. No credit card is required and users are not charged for registration, homework uploads, AI learning guides, or beta features.
No refund needed during beta
Because LearnBeside does not collect subscription payments during the beta, there are no current LearnBeside charges to refund.
Questions or unexpected charges
If you believe you see an unexpected LearnBeside-related charge from an earlier test or future paid service, email support@learnbeside.app. Do not send complete card numbers or other sensitive payment information by email.
Future paid plans
If LearnBeside introduces paid plans later, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation controls, and refund eligibility will be clearly disclosed before a user chooses to pay.
